reviewed on: 11/18/2021 by anonymousThis place has been great and it has been everything that we need in a community. The level of care is amazing and the communication is amazing . My loved one had to switch from assisted to memory care and the transition was great. We are thrilled she is there.
Like a Disney hotel

They met all of my mothers needs, when we walked in we thought it was too good to be true, it felt like a Disney hotel. She had a studio apartment and it was very roomy. She really liked the food even though she was a picky eater. We had holiday meals here and they were very tasty. My favorite part about the community would be the friendliness and caring of the staff members. My moms health deteriorated and she needed a different level of care and they helped me find a new place during the pandemic.
Friendly, clean, nice, small, intimate community
reviewed on: 04/09/2021 by anonymousEveryone was friendly, and it was a nice, small, intimate community. They continued to provide activities, even during Covid. Be careful before move-in- we moved in during Covid, based on a word of mouth assessment from the rehab facility my loved one was coming from. She ended up being at a higher level of care than what they had assessed, and was therefore at a higher level of care than Wickshire could provide. So we ended up having to move. I'm not sure whose fault that was, but it was a frustrating experience either way The place itself we were happy with. They treated us well, and everyone was friendly and helpful.

A great place for your loved ones to live

When I was able to go into the facility I always found my clients in a happy state of mind. They are either doing activities, eating in the dining room, or just sitting around with friends. The community is clean and beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly. But the best part is the smiles on the residents faces. I recommend that anyone looking for a great place for family members to live, take the time and tour this lovely community.
