When You’re Cared For By The Very Best
reviewed on: 01/11/2021 by Peter AI wish both of my parents could have spent their final years at Cypress Creek Assisted Living. It’s proximity to my residence, plus the friendliness and professionalism of the staff made for a wonderful experience. After a somewhat challenging break-in period for me to fully understand that it was best to let the professionals handle my mother’s acclimation to a new environment, I could never have been happier with the care and compassion that the executives, nurses, med-techs, culinary, and janitorial staff displayed to my mom. I personally developed strong bonds with a number of her caregivers that I continue to be in touch with to this day. That’s the type of relationship that you want with a loved one’s caregiver. I visited many, many times, and quite often, and saw the same level of care and compassion being administered to even the most challenging of individuals. If I were in need of a facility for my own care, I would hope that Cypress Creek was #1 on the list of my choices.
Great Care at Cypress Creek Assisted Living
reviewed on: 01/12/2021 by David H.in 2018 we were looking for an assisted living for our Mom. It had to be the best as she deserved, plus we knew this would become her permanent home. After visiting Cypress Creek Assisted Living, we were welcomed by the wonderful friendly staff, and extremely impressed with the facilities, and layout. They have many levels of care so we knew Mom would be well taken care of regardless of her medical and personal needs. She continuously receives excellent and personable care. Plus we get immediate updates when she is feeling unwell and or after her routine doctor visits. Choosing Cypress was definitely a great decision made by our family, and we would highly recommend if you are searching for yourself or a family member.
Cannot be more thankful
reviewed on: 01/25/2021 by A very happy daughterThis is a home run. Of course it is clean, nice, pleasant BUT IT IS THE STAFF. TRULY ONE OF A KIND. YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER TEAM. My parents transitions was quite bumpy but the staff was with us each step and they assured my sister and I that they have seen this before and they would walk us through it. They were absolutely right. Any questions, concerns, we just call and our questions are answered. We are really impressed with their handling of the COVID situation as well. They have kept us informed and have gone above and beyond to make sure families can stay connected. My sister and I cannot be more thankful to Cypress Creek and its entire staff, despite the extreme stress this past year, they have handled it with such grace and compassion. Caring, compassionate, responsive ... just does not seem to be enough.
Wonderful facility
reviewed on: 01/12/2021 by Julie BThis is definitely the best place to put your loved one. Every staff member that I have met has been very caring and patient. Anytime I have a question, they respond quickly. The facility is the cleanest and most cheerful place. My mom is very happy and feels safe at Cypress Creek.
Cypress Creek Assisted Living Compassion
reviewed on: 01/13/2021 by John BeaglesMy mother was a resident at Cypress Creek Assisted Living Facility. She we there due to her advanced Alzheimer's. I found the level of care was spectacular and the staff is welcoming and very informing. Though the moment that stands out in my mind was my last visit before COVID. The residents were gathering in the dining area and the most noticeable one was my mother's roommate. She would ask if she was going home the following day. The staff worker's response was calm, kind and and immediate. She reassured her she was. She continued to ask the same question (in a variety of different ways) not less then 5 minutes apart. For the 90 minutes I was there you could not tell from the tone, annunciation or volume of the reply if it was asked once or for the 1000th time. i feel I do not have the words to describe the comfort I felt at the sorrowful moment as I had to leave my mother.
