Community Reviews
It would be a good place for someone that likes to socialize
reviewed on: 07/08/2021 by anonymousFrom what we have seen the community is clean, and the care services have been awesome. We have not been there for the meal service ourselves, and sometimes due to our loved ones health we don't get feedback or if we do it is hard to understand, but we do know he is being fed well because he is not loosing weight. They also do a pretty good about keeping us in constant contact, and updating us.
My experience
reviewed on: 12/10/2020 by AnonymousI would want others to know that my loved ones wallet was cleaned out the first night that she was here. They are pretty spotty about providing weekly cleaning and laundry services, but there are certainly some members of the staff that go out of their way for my loved one. I would recommend because of the affordability.
I think they do the best they can with what they have.
reviewed on: 07/10/2015 by AnonymousIt's going as well as could be expected. I think they do the best they can with what they have. They just hired a new activities director, so that should help get some things going. The staff is good, they really do try their best. It's one of the less expensive places, so I guess you get what you pay for.
I love it here!!
reviewed on: 02/09/2017 by AnonymousI am happy with my decision to move here, it is a very nice place with plenty to do. I have more to do as far as activities and I like that it keeps me busy. The meals are great, in the dining room, there is someone waiting the tables. The place is clean and everything is going very well so far.
my review of bayside
reviewed on: 11/16/2020 by AnonymousMy only real issue so far is that there is a lot of turn over. This makes communication tough because we don't know who is always in charge. They often don't know who my grandmother is or what care she needs due to the turnover and phone calls are not returned in a timely manner The building is nice and the rooms are average size and it was clean.
