The community/facility is great! My father in law lives here and is enjoying it. Staff and everyone is all so nice!

I was particularly impressed with how this facility kept their residents safe during the recent covid-19 pandemic. Some facilities in my state had outbreaks and some residents died. Not only did SHHC keep the residents safe, they kept communication open with the families by holding weekly status called and set up ways for us to Skype with our loved ones when we could not visit.

Glad we found you

We checked out several assisted living facilities and found Spring Hills Hunters Creek to be the best match for my mom. She will be moving in this month.\\r\\n\\r\\nWe are very impressed with the restaurant like approach to dining for the residents. Mos t places only had 2 entree choices, while the menu here that changes weekly, has over 15 made to order entree choices. It is more like going to a restaurant than a school cafeteria. \\r\\n\\r\\nThe staff longevity is impressive! \\r\\n\\r\\nEveryone is very friendly and helpful, starting at reception as you enter the front door.\\r\\n\\r\\nA special thank you and recognition to Teri Richardson, Community Relations Counselor, who answered all of our many questions.\\r\\n\\r\\nWe would also like to thank Karen Decker, the Executive Director, for making herself available for any issues and the maintenance/engineering staff for helping make my mom's new place a home.

Staff exceeds my expectations continually

If we could give Spring Hills community 6 gold stars out of 5 we would. Due to COVID we haven't been able to go inside, but from the looks of it, it seems to be kept very clean. Since the residents have to social distance, the staff comes by each and everyone's room with arts and crafts, as well as exercise videos they can have. They even set up window visits for families to come see their loved ones. The communication between the staff, the residents, and their families is just simply amazing. The overall look over this community is something right of out an old time movie set. It is so fancy looking, really beautiful.

I just think they could get some more...

I just think they could get some more staff in the dining room in the evenings because my aunt complains that it takes a little longer for them to get fed. I like it if she does and she says she's really happy there. It is difficult for her to participate in the activities but she does enjoy watching other people do them.
