Community Reviews
A wonderful place!
reviewed on: 06/13/2015 by LeilaniMy family and I are very pleased with Noble Gardens. My grandfather is a resident, and we have found the staff to have a wealth of knowledge, understanding and experience with caring for dementia and alzheimer-specific patients. We initially, placed my grandfather in an assisted living community that advertised "memory care." I would advise anyone who has a family member diagnosed with dementia or alzheimers disease to take time and make sure that these type facilities advertising memory care are truly representative of memory care in every way. All in all, we are truly pleased with Noble Gardens, its staff members, and the home - feel community it provides.

It was beautiful, and we really liked it.

Pittiful
reviewed on: 09/03/2020 by AltonI would say to friends don't there and go someplace else. Run! The community said my loved one was laying on the couch, and fell off the couch and landed on her eye. I questioned it, because it looked like she got hit by the baseball. Once I started to investigate I noticed a large fist print around her eye. This was the story I got from the community. About a month later, I was heading into see my loved one. I checked to see if she needed anything like pull ups. Once I called the community to check on this, the community told me my loved one had to go to the hospital because she broke her pointer finger. It was actually her middle finger. Then the community told me that they actually didn't take her to the hospital and that the doctor came into and x-rayed her finger at the community. They told me they couldn't do anything other than place ice on her finger. Once the lawyer finally got the Medicaid taken care of. I had been paying the community each month, then the community wanted the Medicaid and also the private money from each month. After all of this, I decided to take my loved one out that day. My loved one is now at a different community.
