Unique Features
Three-story rectangular building with all activities and therapy on the first floor, plus apartments. Apartments only on 2nd & 3rd floors. Nice sitting areas near the elevators. Many different floor plans available, those with full kitchens also have the laundry room inside the apartment, otherwise laundry service is included. Two dining rooms, each looking out to lovely courtyards. Two little anytime cafes, library and computer lab.
The community has a heated pool, and is right accross the street from the Promenade mall with shops and restaurants in walking distance. They have 2 lovely courtyards with fountains and lovely greenery. The community has a wellness center where a doctor visits weekly, and home health onsite, offering physical therapy to residents after rehab is over. -
