Community Reviews
My tour
reviewed on: 08/23/2017 by AnonymousThis is a beautiful community. The people I met during my tour were nice. They seem to offer some nice amenities. When I visited this community it did not seem to be a very active community and I did not think this was the correct environment for my loved one.
Lodge Lane Assisted Living
reviewed on: 06/22/2020 by AnonymousThe main area when you first walk into the building is always very well kept up. The presentation is clearly very important to them. The elevators are always clean and the hallways are always vacuumed. There are never any bad odors. The staff has been great with my mother during the Covid-19 pandemic and they have showed that they really do care about her well being. They are very communicative with us about my mother's care and are proactive about making changes to her care plan if she needed it. They have also been good about communicating with our geriatric care manager and updating all of us on their recommended changes. They do offer a range of activities for the residents. While many of them are age appropriate, I do think there is a little room for improvement. They do offer off-community activities like taking the residents to dinner. While expensive, the fact that my mother is able to be in a community where she is close to where she grew up, and how communicative they are with her care, we believe Lodge Lane is well worth it. On the whole, we could not be happier. The management team has also been very accessible to us as the family. They are very open to answering questions and giving us updates on the community.
A Nice Community
reviewed on: 06/17/2016 by AnonymousFor the time that my mom lived here, she experience good care. The community was always clean but the smell from the cleaners were a bit strong to me. I also found it hard to reach someone during the night, this could use improvement. My mom's room was very nice and overall the community did their best at giving my mom a peaceful home.
Not For Everyone
reviewed on: 09/21/2016 by AnonymousThe tour I had went very good. This is an upscale community and it was very nice and beautiful. The people were good. The resident who lived there seemed to enjoy the community. They all dressed very nice with jewelry and accessories. This is not a place for everyone and not the environment for us.
