Looked very nice
reviewed on: 01/30/2014 by JoanneWe toured this location when we were looking into options for my loved one. It was a very nice looking place, the facility itself was beautiful and they kept it very clean. All the residents and staff we encountered were friendly and happy. This place was definitely a close runner-up, but unfortunately they did not have any openings during the time of our search.
Interactive Memory Care
reviewed on: 12/03/2013 by DaughterThis would have been our first pick for my mother but they didn't have any openings at the time. We liked the memory care program there. They seemed to be more interactive that even where she is now. We just really liked the whole place overall.
So Happy! Lots of Activities
reviewed on: 07/25/2013 by EmilieMulberry Gardens was half the price of another place I looked at. It's unbelievable the care she gets for the price. They're awesome. My mom is so, so happy there you have no idea. She's fussy about cleanliness, she's a retired nurse, and she comments on how clean it is so it's good to hear that. She can never say they're nothing to do becuase there's something to do from the time her feet touch the floor in the morning. They have outings, go out to restaurants, they take them to church and have different denominations come in for services, gardening, crafts, games, exercise classes and bingo, of course. I've made a standing appointment for her to get her hair done once a week. I'm so at peace with her there. I just wish she was closer.
High Cost
reviewed on: 12/02/2013 by DaughterMy mom was there when it first opened. At the time that my mother was there she had Alzheimer's and she did pretty good. As far as cost, it's pretty interesting because from the time my mom was there to the time that I starting looking for a place for my dad their cost had almost doubled and a lot of things that were included before are not anymore. I realize everyone needs to make a dollar but it's tough when they seem to be making it off one person.
