a lot of turnover

They had a recent water main problem that caused some flooding, but that was beyond anyone's control. I think for the kind of facility it is and with the resources they have, they do a pretty good job.

It offered much more than the other assisted living communities we visited and there are more opportunities available for them to meet and greet new people . Add activities for them and a ground floor where they have a community court yard . And the staff is friendly as well as caring . All in all I would recommend Northglenn Heights to anyone seeking assisted living for their family members . William J Davis

I does take a couple of weeks to get everyone on board and settled in. My mom says the food is exceptionally good. She has never complained about the quality or quantity of food. The residents are all happy and cheerful and nice to talk with. The apartments are spacious and each have their own temperature control. Laundry and cleaning of the apartment are included with the monthly fee. The Cleanliness of the facility is very good. It does not smell like most of the other facilities that I visited. I enjoy walking into the lobby and seeing everyone smiling and having a good time. Picking Northglenn Heights was the best thing for my mother.

He has a heart of gold and has really impressed us with his ability to provide a personal level of attention and caring that, typically, only family members provide. Our mother has had a rough transition to Memory Care, but somehow Cody keeps her active, comfortable and smiling. Even on her bad days, he manages to go the extra mile to help her. Really, we could not ask for more and are so grateful we have him on our team!

The staff is very friendly, and the nurses in particular have been very sweet to my loved one. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they seem to take great care of the people who live here!
