Great location, nice people
reviewed on: 02/01/2021 by anonymousMy grandma had stayed here before it was Bear Creek and that is why we chose it for my friend.The only complaint that I do have is I was on the phone with my friend, he was having heart pains and when I was talking to him on the phone, I could hear a staff member was at the door screaming and yelling at him. Other that incident, we were happy with the faciliy. The administrator here was very nice and helpful.

reviewed on: 08/05/2015 by AnonymousI think for my mom, she might have been starting to deteriorate when she got there, so I think as far as assisted living goes, the value she got was decent. I think if someone were not wheelchair bound it would have been a better experience, but for someone who is wheelchair bound it's hard to get a round. We had a pretty pleasant experience there for the most part.

My in laws are current residents of Brookdale Bear Creek and also have my brother in law who suffers from down syndrome living with them as well. With those special circumstances i must say the dealing with the staff and seeing how they interact with my family has been quite amazing! They are very accommodating and attentive! What we appreciate most is that they are very good at communicating with us and keep us updated on their well being! i would definitely recommend!

reviewed on: 10/22/2015 by AnonymousHad my father there for 2 weeks he passed away. We loved it he was so thrilled and loved the apartment he was going to be in Loved the staff and food was fantastic. He was very excited but had no idea he was passing away.
