A Great Place for Mom
reviewed on: 08/02/2021 by DavidI would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The rooms are a nice size and the cleanliness of the community stand out to me. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food selection could be better for the residents.
Senior Luxury Lodging
reviewed on: 03/25/2021 by Just ChuckIt is like living at country club. The dining room here is just like a country club I used to belong to. The library is beautiful and well stocked. There is a billiards room, and other rooms available for activities. It is a beautiful place. The rent just rent up recently. I feel the rent is very, very high. I understand why the rent is the way it is. The excuse is a little weak, especially this year. The community is blaming the rent increase on the pandemic. They are also blaming it on staff lodging and transportation. I feel this is grossly exaggerated. I would change the price of rent for the community if I could.
This was a wonderful experience for my mom
reviewed on: 07/25/2017 by AnonymousMy mom had a wonderful experience at Sterling Inn. When my mom first went to Sterling Inn she was a fall risk but with the physical therapy, they helped her with she has now returned to her own home. The staff was all great, friendly and very helpful to my mom. Everything there was nice, it was clean and my mom enjoyed her stay. I would have no problem recommending Sterling Inn to my friends and family for their loved ones.
Not for Us
reviewed on: 11/11/2013 by DaughterThey were nice, but the rooms weren't quite as spacious as the community we ended up choosing. There was a little bit of smell about the property and the rooms. It may just have been the room that we went into. We wanted a double because both of my parents were moving in, but to make a double they just knocked the wall down between two rooms. You ended up with two kitchenettes and bathrooms. They also didn't have access to the next phase of care unit, which my mom would eventually need.
