Review of The Village At Hayes Valley
reviewed on: 09/23/2020 by AnonymousThe entire staff - caregivers, housekeepers, activity director, food preparation staff are all excellent and dedicated. I feel that they are all part of our extended family! I could not be happier now that my husband is a resident of The Village Memory Care!
The lady that toured us was wonderful!!
reviewed on: 01/12/2017 by AnonymousThe lady that took my mother and I on a tour at this community was great. She was courteous of our time and made sure to give us all the great information about there facility. I loved all the personality that was in the building and all of the positive attitudes I had seen. The only thing I did not like was it felt a little to institutionalized for my liking and the rooms where very tiny.
Well Run and Organized
reviewed on: 07/23/2013 by SusanMy sister is a resident there. I'm not in the area so it's hard for me to rate it. We chose it, so obviously we have a good opinion of it. It's clean and the food seems good. They have art classes. My sister is good at art, but doesn't go. I would like it if one of the people would just take her to the art class and see if she would do something. Half of the activities are for recovering alcoholics or drug addicts. I would recommend it just because it seems to be well run and organized. The one thing I would like is for the people on the floor, are they caregivers or nurses? It would be nice if they could take her for walks and to the art class.
