Lovely community!
reviewed on: 03/09/2016 by AnonymousThe staff are very friendly at AgeSong Laguna Grove. I would say the staff is underpaid for the amount of work that they do. They are very good people. The staff are doing the best that they can. They offer activities, but there's not enough staff so they can't take everyone to the activities. The food is okay, not bad.

reviewed on: 02/01/2016 by SandraThe Care Workers or Care Partners as they call them are very caring, friendly and very nice. The food is very good and the residents are happy with the food choice. The menu changes every week and the variety is appetizing. The care partners spend time with the residents when they are not busy and thus provides stimulation for wheelchair bound and dementia residents. So far I am very happy with Age Song Hayes Valley Care and trust them to take care of my ninety five year old slightly demented mother. She seemed happy there and is smiling a lot and interacts more at Age Song than at home with 24 hour care.
Could not ask for a better "home" for my husband!

The most important thing to me is that now I have peace of mind. The caregivers and the entire staff - including food preparation , activities director, housekeeping personnel, etc.,could not be better or more caring. I feel like everyone at The Village is part of my extended family. The Village is immaculate, the food is so tasty and beautifully and carefully presented, the activities provided are geared to the residents' abilities, and the caregivers are dedicated and act as though each resident is their personal friend. I am so thankful for the day that I was introduced to The Village!
