Good Care
reviewed on: 09/26/2017 by AnonymousThey took very good care of my mom at Palo Alto Commons. She recently passed away but I was very happy with the care they provided for her. They did a good job of making sure she was comfortable. They were very attentive and responsive to her needs. I liked that they had plenty of staff and did not seem overworked like they were at the previous community. There was a nice big beautiful courtyard. And they have a little aviary inside one of the common areas. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
