We have a gym, seated exercise classes for flexibility, balance, cardio and Tai Chi. Computer Classes, Posit Science Brain Fitness program, wireless internet and weekly computer repair.Whether it's genealogy, drama, writing, flower arranging, jewelry making, watercolor panting, armchair astronomy, cultural travels, discussion group, weekly outings, or a Mira Costa College class, they are all available at Fairwinds. We provide transportation to the Mottino Family YMCA 1/2 mile from us. Residents can swim or participate in water aerobics in a saltwater pool heated to 84 degrees. -
