Older Building that Feel Like a Nursing Home
reviewed on: 10/10/2013 by DaughterI think has great care but it's so old that it feels dirty even though it's not. I've heard great things about the care but it felt like a nursing home and that's not what we were going for.

reviewed on: 10/05/2016 by AnonymousThe staff gave my loved one and I a very welcoming and informative tour. The building was a little outdated and needed some updating throughout the community. There was also a waiting list to get in the facility and my mother needed immediate care.
A wonderful home for you or a loved one
reviewed on: 08/10/2019 by Simply SueI have been a resident at Casa de Modesto since April 2017 and reside in a 2-bedroom independent living apartment. This is a wonderful place to enjoy your senior years. My experience with the other residents and employees has been excellent. The employees are very kind and respectful toward me and my requests for maintenance and housekeeping have been fulfilled promptly. There are many activities from live entertainment in the Activity Center to bus trips to excellent restaurants and other special trips. Casa de Modesto is located by many types of stores, 2 medical centers and many doctors' and dentists' offices. You may schedule a bus trip to any of these facilities by just contacting the front office. Also construction of new independent apartments will begin this fall or early winter. They will include a washer and dryer in each unit. This is a wonderful community and I'm sure you or your loved one will have an enjoyable experience living here also.
