The staff persons we've met are always friendly, and we've observed that requests for in-room assistance are handled promptly. The posted menus reflect variety and alternate choices. Residents have use of a library, activity rooms, and patios. It's an older facility but well maintained. Overall, a pleasant place.
A peaceful, welcoming new home
reviewed on: 05/12/2017 by Tess BlackMy Mom just moved into Hacienda Grande four days ago. Although a huge adjustment in her life, I think her new residence will work fine for her. The administrator in charge, Marianne Hodel, is super - professional, experienced, and very available whenever I have a question. The staff is friendly and cheerful; my only complaint might be that some of them speak English in very heavy accents that are not always understandable for my mother. The facility is secure, offers several amenities for a variety of the residents' conditions, and the atmosphere is pleasant. For us, the location could not be more ideal. We are very happy with our choice.
