reviewed on: 09/04/2019 by Walter DavisWhat an amazing place! We recently moved a family member from another nearby assisted living facility to Lakewood Park and what a HUGE difference!!! Lakewood Park Manor is way more affordable and the level of respect, care and compassion shown is like nothing I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been in healthcare for over 15 yrs. This place is brand new, state of the art and is what you would dream of to care for your loved one. I cannot say enough positive things about this place, its team of caregivers, accommodations, food, activities and the attention to detail that they take to ensure their residents are comfortable. I am very pleased and hope this continues as they gain more residents. After experiencing this place you’ll never be able to look at another assisted living facility the same way again. Lakewood Park Manor is the benchmark that all ALF’s should strive for.
room for improvement
reviewed on: 10/09/2015 by AnonymousThere are some things about Lakewood Park Manor that have been good, but definitely some room for improvement as well. The place is clean and well kept, and it is a nice value. However, we have requested several times for my father to be moved into a different unit that would be better suited for him and they have not been very accommodating of the request. Also, I think they should be more friendly in greeting the family members of the residents when they come to visit. A few things like that could certainly improve.

reviewed on: 10/16/2019 by William ParrThis facility is amazing. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional. The independent living facilities are beautiful and pristine. The dining room is like a country club. The food is quite good. There are many daily activities to choose from. Our family member has been living here for a few months and is very happy. When asked if she misses her house, she said that she doesn’t because she has everything she needs here and has made many friends.
Home like Assisted living
reviewed on: 07/28/2018 by AnonymousI looked everywhere to find a "home like" environment for my mother. This place is amazing, you don't feel you are in an assisted living. My mom loves their kind and caring staff.
