Community Reviews
My father moved into Lakewood Park Manor
reviewed on: 04/19/2019 by Ava GrantMy father moved into Lakewood Park Manor earlier this year. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful the community is. Everyone we encounter is friendly and helpful. Dad and I were both very apprehensive about his making the move to a senior community but life at Lakewood Park has exceeded both our expectations. Thank you to everyone for helping both my dad and me during his transition. One of the best decisions we ever made!.
Wonderful Place
reviewed on: 09/11/2017 by AnonymousMy mom came here following her rehab from a fall and she has not been eating. The staff here have been wonderful with her, they bring her to the dining room, they encourage her to try and eat, they make sure she has supplements like ensure to help. They go above and beyond with her care. This is a very careing and nice community, they have a lot to offer their residents. I would definitely recommend them.
Very clean and beautiful
reviewed on: 10/16/2019 by Sandra SotoYou’ll have to go for a tour in person to see the upgrade there. Looks different compared to online photos. Place is beautiful and you’ll see residents interacting with one another and staff assisting residents. We came in while it was lunch time, food smells good and they have alternative menu options too. They have a mini bowling alley in the game room which is pretty awesome. Place is very clean and smells like fresh baked cookies
room for improvement
reviewed on: 10/09/2015 by AnonymousThere are some things about Lakewood Park Manor that have been good, but definitely some room for improvement as well. The place is clean and well kept, and it is a nice value. However, we have requested several times for my father to be moved into a different unit that would be better suited for him and they have not been very accommodating of the request. Also, I think they should be more friendly in greeting the family members of the residents when they come to visit. A few things like that could certainly improve.
Peace of mind

They have a verity of activities to appeal to different folks liking, entertainment room which is also open for family to use while visiting, meal alternates, transportation to and from Dr’s appointment & outings(which is great since I live out of state), friendly staff.
