Overall the company has been helpful to our loved one, but communication could improvedreviewed on: 05/11/2021 by anonymous
We do not finding good quality care givers can be difficult especially during this time, but we did have one care givers that would come over who was absolutely fantastic. However, the communication with the company is poor and just not very good.
Disappointmentreviewed on: 05/17/2021 by K. M.
It has been hard due to us now getting to interact with all the staff. I would suggest you look at another community. I believe we were sold a bill of goods. I've not been seeing activities being available for the residents. The community isn't doing another to stimulate the minds of the residents, when I am there.
Our tour experiencereviewed on: 08/26/2021 by anonymous
Our family had a tour experience, the sales and marketing team were wonderful, but Havenwood was way to out of our price range, but we did like how our loved one could go from independent living, to assisted, to memory care if needed.
Very Compassionatereviewed on: 06/23/2021 by Donna
When I've called and had something come up like a funeral, they always were there to make the accommodations to fit our schedule. They worked with me, and then I would work with them also when they had issues with staffing. They're easy to work with, very reliable, very friendly, and they're really trained well. The caregivers were very good with the exception of a couple that I didn't' care for. But the rest of them were just wonderful. They were friendly, and knew what they were doing and how to handle the situation. They were very good with my loved one, very professional, caring and giving. And that's exactly what we were looking for.
Very good experience with Senior Helpersreviewed on: 08/03/2021 by anonymous
We went with Senior Helpers because we were looking for skilled nursing care for my mother, A lot of care companies do not offer anything with skilled nursing care or administer medications, but they do. A doctor is in charge of the whole company and they have RNs on staff who teach the caregivers which made me feel comfortable with them. They offer the care that we need I would recommend them.
