Helpful People - My Step Dad Like It There
reviewed on: 08/14/2013 by Peggy SageThey're friendly and very helpful. From what I've seen the care services and the activities seem pretty good. I've seen sing a longs and I know they have church services that my step dad attends. They've been trying to work with us pretty well. We're waiting on getting financial assistance from the VA and Hundred Palms has been working with us to make sure we can afford to keep him there until we get some help. They're good with communication. My step father seems very happy and comfortable there which is the most important thing. He's got his own room in what they call a companion suite. There is a walk in closet, a bathroom and a kitchenette and then two separate bedrooms that are a good size.

Great Tour!
reviewed on: 01/12/2017 by AnonymousThe Sherwood Village was a nice place, but it was just too far from my mother's doctors appointments and things like that. The tour guide was on time and prepared for us when we got there for our tour. It was a nice place but not what we were looking for.
A clean active community!
reviewed on: 01/04/2017 by AnonymousI liked that this community advised that they would accept medicaid if my loved one ever needs to use it. The staff and the residents look happy. They only things she was not happy with was that she only gets a shower twice a week and they do not allow pets. They do have some animals come in for emotional support. The administration was really positive. The food is good and you have to go to the dining room to enjoy it.
