Peace of Mindreviewed on: 08/12/2021 by Anonymous
They were reliable, and flexible on days and times. The caregiver was very nice trustworthy and caring. They were agreeable in the different tasks I asked for them to complete. I felt almost immediately that I could run an errand and it felt very trustworthy in leaving their with my loved one. I had a good feeling of [names removed].

The billing dept sometimes struggles to call you back. I would recommend this community to others
Excellent care for my sisterreviewed on: 09/17/2021 by Mom's Place
I live in KC, in CA for 3 months and saw the care. The caregivers are wonderful. They engage her so in someways she's better. Today, I have peace of mind in KC and would recommend this RCF.
Summary of our experiencereviewed on: 05/18/2021 by anonymous
I would say give them a try. I would definitely recommend seeing if they have something that meets up with your needs. Not every family has one size fits all problems. They've been particularly helpful in finding caregivers for our family. It took a while to get there, but the owner kept working with us. Right now we just have caregiver who comes in six days a week, which has been really important for us. She's relatively young and doesn't have a lot of work experience, but she's willing to try and put in the effort. Working in any home environment has some drawbacks with no coworkers or direct supervisor, so finding someone who's willing to show up and do the work has been a huge plus for our family.
A positive review for Brookdalereviewed on: 05/21/2021 by Jim Parker
We chose Brookdale Monroe Square because of the proximity to where I work, the room itself, at the time it was my dad and mom and they were able to get them a suite, and the price was a little better than some others we looked into. My dad is now in a 2 person room and he is the only one there so he has plenty of space. He was also in a very small room so they have rooms of all sizes to choose from. Dad is complaining about the food, he said there is not a lot of variety for breakfast. They have been really good on the virus, they have been strict about visitors and have followed protocols very well to keep residents safe. I would recommend them to others looking.
