reviewed on: 07/21/2017 by AnonymousI took my grandfather to The Citadel last week and our tour guide was very informative and very personable! My grandpa was very comfortable with opening up to her about his issues which I was surprised. The place seemed to be very active, clean and staff was friendly. I was going to ask a few residents how they liked living there and they told me they loved it and that he should move in before me even asking lol. The independent apartments were very large and the price was very affordable. I got all my questions answered and the tall blonde marketing lady even helped me out with VA info, movers and a realtor she almost convinced me to move in lol. I hope my grandpas house sells fast,we will be moving him in as soon as it sells! Thank you again for being so kind to both of us~

reviewed on: 06/09/2016 by AnonymousMy Father in law is doing well at The Citadel. They offer a lot of activities and he enjoys playing cards and pool. He is satisfied with the food. The staff are very pleasant. The community is kept clean inside and out for the residents.

reviewed on: 10/22/2019 by Linda WatsonMy mom lives in the Assisted Living. I am a family member and everyone is so nice here, everyone gets called by their name, and the care is wonderful. The people care about my mom and it shows. The community is homely and this is a place where you get treated like family.
