I would tell others that FirstLight will do their best that they can to fulfill what you need. They offer in-home health, baths, and whatever you need for your loved one. The staff are cooperative to work with.

Ageis is a Godsend to any Family Needing an Elder Care Community

My loved one is always saying the food is good, this is important since my loved one is in assisted living. The community also will bring food to the room so I can visit with my loved one in their room. There are lots of activities for the residents, in the assisted living area. The staff knows to sit my loved one with her girlfriends in the community that are at the same level of memory as my loved one. I have no worries that my loved one is being well cared for. This is a blessing I found this place and I was able to get my loved one into the community. [name removed] has been a godsend to me and to assist in navigating and understand the stages of my loved one's care plan path. The community was ready to assist me in getting my loved one settled, setting up and decorating their room.

Satisfactory Performance

You have to communicate with their office regarding scheduling. For instance, we had a caregiver with an varying schedule. She was a college student who had to go home for the summer. So you have to coordinate with their director to make sure that the new person knows what's going on. But they seem to be very good at orientation. All in all, we've had good experiences with the caregivers. My loved one has been happy with them.

Would definitely recommend this service to others

The value is competitively priced but overall it is a good value, and all of the workers i have encountered are a five plus and the care services they have provided so far are a five plus.
