reviewed on: 04/29/2021 by anonymousWe chose Elmcroft because we went and visited and it was very clean, the price was better than what we had seen at some others places, and the staff seemed to be really nice. It is a pleasant atmosphere and administration was helpful. The room sizes here were sufficient for what my dad needed, he had his own bedroom but a shared den area. There was not a lot of communication unless it had to do with covid. It was going to start out being a really good experience, but covid came the day I dropped my dad off so it was not normal operations.

reviewed on: 04/19/2016 by AnonymousWe're very happy with how things have turned out at Elmcroft of Heritage Woods! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff is absolutely wonderful! They obviously really have the best interests of the residents in mind. We originally moved my loved one into their memory care unit, and after a few weeks of observing her they said she would probably be better off in the assisted living wing, and they were right! I really appreciated that even though it meant less money for them they wanted to make sure my loved one was in the place she'd be most comfortable!
A Very Accommodating Community

They have good service and good care. the staff are really nice and she likes not having to manage her medication, they remind her and help her. She has made some friends and the staff go out of their way, sometime they will wash her hair too. She likes care and the food too. It has been so much nicer at this community.
My review of Elmcroft
reviewed on: 10/12/2021 by S SI do not think I would recommend this community. The staff are friendly however, it does not seem like they are as engaged with the residents as I would like. There are not many activities for them to do at all. I have also asked for my mothers closet doors to be fixed and it still has not been fixed yet They told me to buy a curtain and use that but that is not what I'm paying for.
