TLC for mom

reviewed on: 07/31/2017 by Anonymous

I was very happy with the care that we received here for the time that my mom needed assistance. We liked the staff and the environment of the community. The menu and the activities were very helpful for her while she was here. We would recommend this community for other families.

A good memory care unit!!

I would recommend this community with reservations. The staff are not able to do anything with the residents unless they have a doctor's permission. We had an issue with my mom getting up for breakfast but we have resolved this and she is now doing well. The food is good and the community is very well maintained.

Wonderful Community, Caring for My Mother Well

This is a nice community, and they are caring my mother very well. I know she is safe and receiving great care. The staff is wonderful. They are very helpful, and kind. There are nice activities offered for the residents. I've tried some of the food, and the meals are good. They do a good job with keeping the community nice, and well- kept. It has been a good experience. All is well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

An honest establishment that gives great quality care.

Our loved one has not been there long, but our family is having a much better experience at Regency. Everything is going great so far, we were upfront with them about our loved ones health issues, and they assured us they would be able to care for him and they have done just that. They were very honest with our family.

Levels of care

reviewed on: 01/31/2016 by Anonymous

we were told whatever level of cRe my mother needed would be met. However, once there, we were informed that she couldn't not stay in her room during the day, but had to be in the main room with everyone so aides could watch her and ensure she didn't fall. . She doesn't like groups and was most uncomfortable and insisted being in her room. She was also restless. We were required to hire sitters 24/7 on top of the monthly fee. At $16 per hour we could not afford it. We removed mother from the facility and returned home with private nurse care.
