Helpful Staff!!
reviewed on: 08/02/2017 by AnonymousI have no complaints about how things went for my loved one and I during our tour of this place. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. It was actually one of my favorite properties that I had looked at it was just not the right time for him to move in the end decision. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone interested in a great assisted living for there loved one.
Some improvements needed...
reviewed on: 02/01/2017 by AnonymousThe staff at The Springs are fine. I am relatively comfortable here and they do everything to try to make me feel at home. As far as the meals, the portions are good but the food itself could use some improvment in the preparation. They have many activities that I am involved in but none are very exciting.
They do a really good job with their activities, they have a great variety and a lot of the activities are really creative
reviewed on: 04/25/2014 by JulieThe community is clean, and the staff is friendly. They are good about responding to a need and concern. They do a really good job with their activities, they have a great variety and a lot of the activities are really creative. The food is great, it seems like they have a nice variety of things to choose from. One of the things we really liked from the initial visit, is the way the residents were involved.
5 STARS FROM RESIDENT AND HER CHILDREN..
reviewed on: 12/15/2018 by Stacey WilliamsWe searched for over two months for our mother. We settled on The Springs Wilsonville because of the warm feeling we got from the staff and the beautiful building that was very clean. Mom loves the food, activities and interaction with the other residents. The staff is very accommodating and make her feel right at home. We as family are encouraged to visit and always feel welcome. The manager is very gracious and has always been available for questions. I can not recommend The Springs more for your parents. It can be a tough transition from their home to a new residence such as this but they made the experience painless and much easier then we expected. THANK YOU!!!!!
Things are going well so far
